Before you book your ticket with us, we’d like to keep things crystal clear. Below are our terms and conditions – written in a way that’s easy to understand. No big words or confusing lines — just the honest truth so you know exactly how things work.

We’re Dham Helicopter Booking, based in Bihta, Satna, Madhya Pradesh, proudly serving yatris from across India. Our goal is simple — to make your spiritual journey faster, safer, and smoother by providing genuine helicopter tickets online.
We are officially registered with the Government of India as a Micro Enterprise under Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MP-40-0024503
We are an authorized freelance affiliate of:
- Himalayan Heli Services Pvt. Ltd. (for Char Dham Helicopter bookings)
- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, Katra (for Vaishno Devi helicopter tickets)
You can trust that all services we provide are genuine, transparent, and supported by official agreements.
2. What You’re Booking – Our Services
We help you book helicopter tickets to the following locations:
- Kedarnath
- Badrinath
- Gangotri
- Yamunotri
- Vaishno Devi
- Amarnath
- Hemkund Sahib
- Manimahesh
We also help with:
- Booking assistance over WhatsApp or phone
- ID proof and yatra slip uploads
- Optional VIP Darshan package support
- Round-trip and one-way ticket guidance
- Palki, porter, or pony advice at helipad drop points
3. Booking Process – How It Works
Booking with us is super simple:
- You reach out to us on WhatsApp or through the website’s chat box.
- Tell us your name, travel date, and number of passengers.
- Upload your valid ID proof and Yatra Registration Slip (where required).
- We check ticket availability with our official partner (Himalayan Heli or Shrine Board).
- Once available, we send you a secure payment link via WhatsApp.
- After payment, you receive your ticket over WhatsApp and email.
Note: For most yatra routes, registration is mandatory. Without it, we cannot confirm helicopter bookings.
4. Payment Terms – What to Know Before You Pay
- All payments are made digitally (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking).
- Once we confirm the availability, you’ll receive a secure link.
- After successful payment, your ticket is confirmed and shared.
- We do not accept cash payments or bookings without pre-verification.
5. Ticket Pricing – Official & Transparent
We follow official ticket prices only, as set by our partners. For example:
- Vaishno Devi Helicopter: ₹2210 one-way | ₹4420 round-trip (Shrine Board Price)
- Jammu to Vaishno Devi Helicopter: ₹8880 one-way | ₹16500 round-trip (Pawan Hans)
We do not charge extra commissions on top of the government-approved prices. What you see is what you pay.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation works:
- Cancellation before confirmation: Full refund (if not yet booked with the operator)
- After ticket is booked: Depends on the operator’s cancellation terms
- For Vaishno Devi: Refunds follow SMVDSB’s policy
- For Char Dham: Refunds follow Himalayan Heli’s policy
We will guide you step-by-step if you wish to cancel. Please message us directly with your ticket and reason.
7. ID Proof & Yatra Registration Requirement
As per government and operator rules:
- You must provide a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
- Yatra Registration Slips are compulsory for Kedarnath, Amarnath, and Vaishno Devi.
- Without proper documents, we cannot complete your booking.
We’ll always guide you on what’s needed based on the destination.
8. Privacy Policy – Your Info is Safe With Us
We respect your privacy. Any personal information (name, ID, contact number) you share with us will:
- Never be shared with outsiders or third parties
- Only be used for ticket booking and support assistance
- Be stored securely and handled with care
9. Our Responsibilities – What You Can Expect from Us
We promise to:
- Be honest and upfront with pricing and availability
- Offer fast customer support (2–10 mins reply on WhatsApp)
- Share official ticket copies with PNR, timings, and route
- Offer help in Hindi and English
- Assist even if you're not tech-savvy
But please remember:
- We are a booking support agency, not the helicopter operator.
- In case of flight delays, cancellations, or weather issues, the final decision is made by the official operator or Shrine Board.
